Fewer surprises, on purpose.

Almost every complaint about exterior contractors comes down to the same thing: the price changed and nobody explained why. Most of how we work is built around that one problem.

Four things we do the same way every time

  1. Someone gets on the roof

A quote written from the driveway is a guess. Decking condition, flashing, valley wear and ventilation cannot be read from the ground, and they are the things that decide whether a roof lasts.

  2. The whole assembly gets priced

Underlayment, ice and water barrier, drip edge, flashing and ventilation are part of the roof, not upgrades to be discovered later. They are in the first number you see.

  3. Changes are agreed before they happen

If we open the roof and find rotten sheathing, work stops, you get a photograph and a price per sheet, and nothing continues until you say so.

  4. The site gets left clean

Magnetic sweep of the drive and lawn, debris hauled the same day the tear off finishes, and landscaping protected before anything comes off the roof.

What we do not take on

Knowing where a contractor stops is more useful than a list of everything they claim to do. For these, we will point you to someone who does them properly.

  • Interior repairs beyond weatherproofing the opening
  • Structural framing changes and additions
  • Solar installation, though we will coordinate around an existing array
  • Emergency response outside scheduled hours

About this website

Stonepitch Roofing & Exteriors is not a real company. This site is a concept created by CAI to demonstrate the design and build quality of the websites we make for small businesses.

Nothing here has been invented to look impressive. There are no reviews, ratings, certifications, awards, completed project histories, staff profiles, service areas, addresses or phone numbers on this site, because none of them would be real. The photographs are licensed demonstration images and do not show work by the business named above. The estimate form validates properly but sends nothing anywhere.

Start with the roof you have.

Tell us what it is doing and how old it is. That is usually enough to know what comes next.
