Roofing, siding and storm repair.

Every estimate lists the materials, the scope, and what we do if we find damage under the old roof.

How an estimate works

  1. We walk the roof

Someone gets on the roof rather than guessing from the driveway. We look at the decking, the flashing, the valleys and the ventilation, and we photograph what we find.

  2. You get the scope in writing

An itemised estimate: materials with their actual product names, the work included, what is excluded, and what happens to the price if we find rotten decking underneath.

  3. The work gets scheduled

A start date, a realistic duration, and a named point of contact. Materials are delivered before the crew arrives so nothing sits open longer than it has to.

Tell us what the roof is doing.

Describe the problem and we will tell you whether it needs a repair, a section, or the whole roof. If it is a repair, we will say so.
